Pruning For Health, Safety And Beauty

There are many good reasons to establish a regular pruning schedule for your trees, the most important of which is for the general safety of your family, yourself, and your property. In the early stages of a tree’s development, pruning is vital to ensure a strong, safe and healthy structure later in its life. However, early pruning is often neglected, which can have a negative effect on your tree’s growth. If this is the case, we are capable of restoring as much health, safety and beauty back to your trees as possible. The most common types of pruning we tackle are:

Crown Cleaning – Removing dead, dying, diseased, cracked, or hanging branches that may cause damage or injury if left to break and fall on their own accord.

Crossing and Rubbing – Removing branches that are growing and rubbing into each other, creating open wounds and structural instability.

Thinning – Thinning out interior canopies which have become thick and overgrown. This creates more light for your yard, while increasing air flow and growing space for your tree.

Clearance –  Giving clearance for trees growing into houses, power/communication lines, fences or other structures. We properly prune a tree’s branches so that they will start growing in a more desirable direction.
